It's Been A While.

This past few months had been my most difficult/busiest that I ever experienced in my entire life! I

also was not able to update my blog like I used to and I missed it so much! oh and let's not forget my

#ootd (outfit of the day)  #motd (make-up of the day).  :) Last week, I had time to go out with my

boyfriend and why not grab the opportunity to dress up and photo shoot at the same time? Just in

time also to use the package I got from Oh My Bag Phils (clickable link). They sent me the limited

edition of bag handle wraps. I'm sure all of you girls experienced this with your bags. Don't you hate

it when your bag handle starts to frayed? get torn? I myself has the same issue! Leathers can be so

stubborn sometimes. Specially with the intense heat we have in the PH, leather bags can get dry

which results to brittle and later on to the point of peeling. Luckily, I was able to use this wrap! Not

only this wrap is so stylish but can also use as your fashion accessories. I love how you can

maximize a single product and use it in a whole different level.

See how stylish this wrap is?

I also used the wrap as my head band,

Who would have though that I can also use this as my arm bracelet?

Good thing that they will be opening their very first store in Cinderella, Glorietta I'm so excited and I cannot wait to visit and hoard! They have tons of products that

surely your bags will be thankful for!

Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar

This trip happened last June 10. I know, a month delayed! haha! I've been doing some personal matter

that I didn't have  time to post. Fortunately today, I'm just at home doing nothing so I thought of

doing this blog post. Once in a while my boyfriend and I like to go on a trip and seeing a lot of

pictures in Instagram about Las Casas, we immediately packed our bags and left Manila.

You can travel by land which took us 3-4 hours or you can go by sea just go to their website here

for further details it will take you around 45 minutes.

First things first, I'm not good in talking about history, when it was built, who conquered this place

or that. No judging please! :) So basically,  I am just going to share our experience towards the place

and show some scenic view in Las Casas. But first, What is Las Casas? It's a

Heritage Resort by the sea  in Bataan. If you are the type of person who loves vintage-y place or

curious about historical sites, then this is a must see for you. From classic noble mansion, brick

houses, cobble stone street and rice field, you will truly feel that you are transported back to 18th

century.

How intricate the structures and details are!

You can join their group tour where you can go up to different houses and explore but we just want

to go on our own and do sight seeing. As much as we want to stroll a little further, we couldn't take

the heat! It was so sunny that we were literally covered in sweat! Oh! they also have shuttle if you

don't want to walk but you're not going to appreciate it that much and the experience is really

different.

Sorry for the photo dump! Couldn't help but to share everything! I will be doing a separate blog post

on what other things you can do in Las Casas aside from sight seeing. I hope you like it! I'm sorry if

you find this not so informative! haha! we just really went there to see what people are buzzing

about!

Project Organic

Project Organic is an online shop that sells skin care products made from all natural hand made

organic.  I got this package about a month ago and wanted to try it first before publishing so that I

would honestly know what feed back I'm going to give. The moment I opened the package I instantly

smelled the aromatic earth fragrance of the products. I thought of forests and woods!

They even added some dried leaves and some pieces of soft woods ( I'm really not sure what are

those. That is just my observation)  to feel its authenticity. Oh! It's also proudly made in the

Philippines!

Tried using their guava face soap and I must say, not only it made my face feels refresh after but it is

great for removing any make up traces on my face. I kept asking my friend if my face became whiter

after I washed it. haha! Definitely loving this one.

I also got their face moisturizer. You apply it once a day every night. The smell is minty and it

doesn't dries up too fast but you won't feel sticky that much after all, its an oil based formula so

it really takes time for it to dry. One more thing that I'd like to share is that this shop is a funding

project where as the  proceeds go to scholarship funds and by selling these products can help students

who are not fortunate enough to study. How great it is to know that someone is still doing this kind

of act. Let us all support Project Organic that way, we can also help those people who are in need.

Welcoming College

Happy Graduation Batch 2016! I'm sure all of you and your friends are talking about this. Trust

me, you will feel "sepanx" (separation anxiety) from your High School friends since you grew up

with them since kinder. Have you decided yet what course to take or what school you

would like to enroll at? Will you study abroad or just stay here? I hope these tips of mine will help

you decide to make the right choice/s. I can't tell you what is the best school out there since all of

it I believe has their own specialty to offer. Here are my top tips for you.

1. Research about the course.

- Before choosing the course, be sure to understand it well and know more about it so that you will

have no regrets when that time comes. It will take you a long time to finish school if you don't like

your course and decides to shift.

2. Accessibility

- It is practical if you choose the school that is very accessible to you. There will be days where

you will be having a night class or a late group project and it is not safe to commute.

(unless you have a car or a dorm nearby) It will also save you a lot of time to prepare for the next

day and to relax at home with your remaining time.

3. Be yourself

-  You don't have to do or try so hard for them to notice or to like you. Remember, they will

like you for who you are not and someone you are trying to pretend to. Show them your true self and

be confident.

4. Wardrobe Crisis

- Okay ladies, admit it! (I'm guilty!) We don't want to repeat clothes because we want to impress

them with our looks. But, as much as we avoid to repeat our outfits, you can't help

it! there are so much things to be taken care of and promise, your friends well some, might not even

notice it. And if they does, just smile and crank up a joke. It won't be a big deal anymore.

5. SAVE SAVE SAVE!

You might get surprise of how many food establishments/karinderia/pica pica around your school

and during your free time, all you can do is to chill and eat. You wouldn't even notice that you spent

your allowance already before the week ends. My saving tips? let's say my allowance

per week is 1000 pesos. I will just bring 500 pesos and try to save it the entire week (food/tanspo)

and the other 500 will be in my piggy bank. That way, I can keep track on my spending habit.

6. Make the most out of your college years

- Join some extracurricular activities. That is the fun part in college! you get to explore, to learn and

to be expose in different communities. Don't forget to HAVE FUN!

7. Don't be afraid to make new friends!

-Of course at first it'll be awkward to talk to strangers but you have to try to mingle with them.

There is a saying that " No man is an island" you can't survive being alone and you

shouldn't be isolated with other people. No matter how hard you try to do things alone, you will

always need an extra helping hand. It's fun to meet new people. You get to learn from their

experiences and also become more mature.

I hope this post would be a big help to survive your 1st week in college! :)

Bad Day

Don't you hate it when you're having a bad day, its like the whole world is against you?  All the

things that you do didn't go as planned or even just opening a bag of chips, you end up tearing the

whole bag and poof! all scattered on the floor.. Oh, and also, lets not forget, how about when texting?

you keep on sending a typo messages its like your thumb has a mind of its own! GRRRR!

Whenever I am in a bad mood I do these things to keep me relax and to start fresh again. Maybe you

can try it too? :)

1. Close your eyes and take a deep breath

2. Eat

- The feeling you get when you finally dig in to your favorite food! Mine? FRIES PIZZA and MILK

TEA!

3. Play your favorite music

- May it be the music of Justin Bieber, Arianna Grande, Taylor Swift etc.. definitely it will give your

mood a different swing! You will instantly feel happy and make you dance!

4. Work Out

- I love intense work out especially when I can't breathe anymore! HAHA . I love the feeling I get

when I do squats, planks, crunches and burpees. It  makes me focus more on my goal and forget why

I am having a bad day.

5. Catch up with your favorite series

- I recently watched the latest episode of Game of Thrones and by far it was the saddest episode yet

for me! "Hold the Door" (you'll get what I mean when you watch it). I also just finished watching

"How to Get Away With Murder" I recommend this to everyone to watch this series! :)

6. Go out and have fun!

- Shopping is my stress reliever so is trying different shades of lipsticks! :)

7. Lastly, go out and see your best friend/ boy friend or whoever makes you happy

- Rant anyway you like, they will listen for sure! plus, they will probably make fun of you that you

actually end up laughing like there's no tomorrow!

Firing 101

This year, I promise myself that I will be more adventurous. I want to do something I've never

done before. I've been wanting to try firing for a long time and was lucky enough to finally

experienced it. Wouldn't it be nice to try new things for the first time with your boyfie? :) We've been

together for 5 years already and we didn't do much except watching movies, eating in a

restaurants. That's why I decided that we do firing on our monthsary, Glad he loved it!

We went to Armscor in Makati Cinema Square to try firing. We got the local package which

includes: 50 bullets, Range Free, Gun Rental and Target Paper. For additional bullets its 12 pesos

each and target paper is 11 pesos each. At first I was hesitant to push this through because I kind of

felt scared when I saw the gun. But my boyfie was with me so I guess nothing to worry about....

hmmm right?? haha!

Me trying my very best to focus. :)

I had a hard time holding the gun since it was too big for me. They will ask you what gun would you

like to use. Since I am totally clueless about it, I just said "kahit ano lang ate".

I think I did pretty good for a first timer. Can you see my bulls eye???? HAHA! next to try: Archery!

Oh My Bag

I'm the type of person when I have a new bag, I would use it over and over again to the point that my

bag will reach its limit. I am guilty of not taking good care of it. I just stack it in my closet after I'm

done with it. If my bags can only speak, they would be very harsh to me. HAHA! but not anymore!

While browsing through instagram, I found this shop Oh My Bag Phils (clickable link). They offer

so much stuff for your bags. From dust proof, to bag bottom board and a lot more!

No matter what brand your  bag is, they got it covered for you. Just tell them the brand and model

and you are good to go! I got the base shapers and bag raincoats for my Longchamp Le Pliage.

Look at the difference after I put the bag base. It defines more shape and look much alive.

This is by far my favorite of all. The raincoat. Perfect for the beach when you want to walk by the

shore, it keeps your bag protected by the splash of water, or when riding water rides in theme parks.

It has so many uses and I am sure I will bring this whenever I go especially when the raining season

comes.
